Novarixo FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to legal@novarixo.ae with any question about it.

Account data: your name, email address, company name, billing address and tax registration number.

Usage data: sign-in times, the pages you open in the platform, and technical information such as IP address and browser, which we use for security and to fix faults.

Billing data: the subscription you are on and the invoices issued. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Content: the business data you enter into the platform, which may include personal data about your own customers, patients or employees. We process that only on your instructions, as a processor acting for you.

To provide the service you have subscribed to, and to bill for it.

To send sign-in codes and service messages such as receipts, renewal notices and security alerts. These are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account.

To keep the platform secure: rate limiting, abuse investigation and audit trails.

To meet legal obligations, including keeping tax records for the period UAE law requires.

We process account, billing and content data to perform our contract with you; security and fraud prevention on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe service; and tax records because the law requires it.

Stripe, for payment processing and invoicing.

Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions to run the platform and deliver messages.

Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider and may be processed in other countries where our providers operate. Where that happens we rely on contractual protections with those providers.

Account and content data: for as long as your account is open, then 30 days after closure so it can be recovered, then deleted.

Invoices and tax records: for the retention period required by UAE tax law.

Sign-in codes: minutes. They are stored only as a hash and are deleted within days.

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you may complain to it.

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the service and carries no advertising or tracking identifiers.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you we will tell you directly.
