Terms of Service

The service is provided by Novarixo FZ-LLC, registered at Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "Novarixo"). You can reach us at legal@novarixo.ae.

You sign in with an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure, because anyone who can read it can request a sign-in code and reach your account.

You must give accurate company details. The legal name, address and tax registration number you enter appear on your tax invoices, and you are responsible for their accuracy.

You may add colleagues to your account within the seat limit of your plan. You remain responsible for everything they do with it.

Plans are sold monthly or annually. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price you were last charged, until you cancel.

Where a free trial is offered it is available once per customer. You may cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep full access until then.

We may change our prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Prices are stated exclusive of tax. Value Added Tax is added where the supply is taxable in the United Arab Emirates. Supplies to customers outside the UAE are zero-rated, and where you are a business registered for VAT elsewhere in the GCC the reverse charge applies and you account for the tax yourself.

If a payment fails we may retry it and, after notifying you, suspend the service until the account is settled.

The business data you put into the platform remains yours. We process it to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy.

You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active. After an account closes we keep the data for 30 days so it can be recovered, then delete it.

You are responsible for having the right to process any personal data you enter about your own customers, patients or employees.

Do not use the platform to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send unsolicited messages, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's data.

Do not resell, sublicense or copy the software without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that puts the platform or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Support is available by email at support@novarixo.ae. Response times depend on your plan.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

The platform is a tool for running your business. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or medical advice, and you remain responsible for your own compliance.

You may close your account at any time. We may end the agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

If we end the agreement without cause, we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
